Only provide designs, files, photos, or physical parts that you own or may legally use.
Call before sending files
Do not send private, protected, or sensitive project information without first arranging an appropriate way to share it.
Scanned parts may need more work
Worn, broken, or incomplete parts may not show the original shape. 3D scanning also cannot capture hidden areas, so measurements and customer input may be needed.
